The wait is finally over! After our biggest response to date, we are so pleased to share with you our 10th annual Games & Interactive Salary & Satisfaction Survey results!
After a decade of making these reports and running our survey, we have seen plenty of changes in the industry, from the pandemic making remote working the new norm, to the development of new technologies and most recently, mass layoffs and redundancies hitting the industry.
Last year we focused on the rising cost of living and its impacts on the industry, as well as investigating the thoughts and feelings towards the four-day workweek idea. This year we continue to report on these areas but now with an extra focus on how redundancies and layoffs have made job security a priority for many.
Over the last three months, our Operations Team has been analysing every survey response, so that we can bring you a detailed report on what is happening within the industry for our tenth year in a row.
