We’ve been working hard over the past few months to put some exciting changes in place so we’re extremely proud to be able to say that Skillsearch’s majority shareholder is now its employees 🎉🎉🎉
This will allow us to put our team at the forefront of everything we do, focusing on what is best for them as a priority and allowing them to reap the rewards, with the goal of making Skillsearch an even more awesome place to work.
We see this as a unique opportunity as one of the few recruitment agencies we’ve come across to make the transition to the EOT scheme and we’re thrilled that it’s had a hugely positive response from the team since the plans were revealed! With the EOT kicking, in our amazing staff are now front and centre, giving everyone a say in the future of the business. Although we’ve always valued input from staff, we’re now taking employee voice to the next level, making this change a win-win for everyone!
