As we enter the second year of our HR & Finance Systems Survey, we are
thrilled to see an even greater response than last year! A huge thank you to

The impact of increased cost-of-living continues to be significant, with over
two-thirds of respondents feeling its negative effects. More than half are
considering changing jobs to find employers offering better options &
support. This underscores the importance for employers to implement
robust employee support strategies to stay ahead in 2025 and improve
retention.
